Each of the newly elected MPs in accountable not only to his political force, but first of all for the voters who have hopes in them, President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan said in his remarks during the first session of the newly elected Parliament.
Prime Minister of Armenia Karen Karapetyan relieved Shushan Sardaryan from the post of his advisor, the government’s press service told. Sardaryan has been elected to the Parliament under the ruling party’s proportional list.
“I once again congratulate the Republican Party of Armenia, ‘Tsarukyan’, ‘Yelk’ blocs and the Armenian Revolutionary Federation party for assuming a political responsibility in the Republic of Armenia in the upcoming 5 years through free, competitive and highly assessed elections.
