Armenia is satisfied with the CSTO stance which is clearly expressed in the statement on Nagorno Karabakh adopted at the CSTO Yerevan summit. This stance was clearly stated by former CSTO Secretary General Nikolay Bordyuzha, Defense Minister Vigen Sargsyan said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
“Our relations with NATO have always been built obviously open for our ally, partner countries. We have never kept any secret from it, and this mutual cooperation could have never been against the interests of our strategic partnership with Russia,” he said.
“The function and parameters of this weapon enable to inflict irreversible damage to infrastructures of a country, which it can be used against. Respectively, the decision on using Iskanders will closely depend on developments of the situation.”

The defense ministry of Nagorno Karabakh informed the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry’s report on the Nagorno Karabakh forces making a sabotage infiltration attempt overnight February 21 and retreating by suffering losses is a false report.
“An intensity of interactions and close coordinating is seen between the foreign ministries of the two countries within the frameworks of UN, EEU, CSTO, CIS, OSCE, BSEC and other entities and organizations,” the Russian Ministry said.
“Organizing all this under war conditions isn’t easy, on account of the fact that both diplomatic and political work is necessary to record such results under the conditions of military activation on the contact line.”
