What effect do elections have on economy? Generally, it’s accepted to consider—not a positive one. To some extent elections mean uncertainty. And uncertainty generates expectant moods.
Phone records and intercepted calls show that members of Donald J. Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign and other Trump associates had repeated contacts with senior Russian intelligence officials in the year before the election, according to four current and former American officials, the New York Times reports.

President of Armenia and RPA Serzh Sargsyan won’t lead the RPA proportional list. As Eduard Sharmazanov, Vice President of the National Assembly of Armenia, said after the Executive body meeting of the party it’s the decision of RPA president.

With the assistance of Russia, Armenia has sent another humanitarian aid cargo to Syria. The aircraft, loaded with food products and other first necessity items took off from Yerevan’s Erebuni airport and landed in Latakia, Syria. Vigen Sargsyan, Defense Minister of Armenia, reminded reporters this is the second time humanitarian aid is being sent to Syria at the order of President Serzh Sargsyan.
