The Republic of Artsakh should definitely participate in all rounds of negotiations for the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, Speaker of the Artsakh Parliament Ashot Ghoulyan told reporters in Armenia’s Parliament.
The people of Artsakh continue to unconditionally be in charge of their destiny, by purposefully leading their chosen path, Armenian Parliament Speaker Ara Babloyan said in his remarks during the 12th session of the inter-parliamentary committee of cooperation between the parliaments of Armenia and Artsakh.
On November 8, in accordance with the arrangement reached with the authorities of the Republic of Artsakh, the OSCE Mission will conduct a planned monitoring of the Line of Contact between the armed forces of Artsakh and Azerbaijan, to the north from Martakert town, the Artsakh foreign ministry reported.
Defense Army serviceman Hrant Mangasaryan, 1997, received fatal injury at the regiment deployed in the north-eastern direction of the contact line on November 4 at about 12:10 as a result of an anti-tank grenade explosion, two others received shrapnel injuries of different severity. Russia welcomes the willingness of Armenia and Azerbaijan to boost the negotiations process of the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, Russian foreign ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said during a press briefing on October 26 in Moscow, commenting on the results of the Geneva meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents.
