Cooperation between Russia and the US on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement was not damaged by the current state of relations between the two countries, Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov said at the Azerbaijani Diplomatic Academy on November 18, TASS reports.
The position of the European Union on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement has always been the same in support of the efforts and approaches of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair countries, Armenian foreign minister Edward Nalbandian said at a press conference commenting on the provision of the Declaration of the upcoming Eastern Partnership summit relating to conflicts.

Defense Army serviceman Hrant Mangasaryan, 1997, received fatal injury at the regiment deployed in the north-eastern direction of the contact line on November 4 at about 12:10 as a result of an anti-tank grenade explosion, two others received shrapnel injuries of different severity.
