“We condemn the breach of the 1994 Ceasefire Treaty by Azerbaijan, the violation of the Artsakh people’s right to live in peace, the targeting of the civilian population and settlements, the purposeful failure and denial of the efforts aimed at the solution of the problem by the internationally accepted format of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs and the policy of settling the Nagorno Karabakh conflict through military means.”
“Azerbaijani subdivisions, unable to break resistance of Armenian bordering units, tried to use heavy equipment, from which TOC-1 multiple rocket launchers and unmanned aerial vehicles. However, Armenian artillerymen threw out these systems and Air Defence Forces destroyed one combat UAV,” Artsrun Hovhannisyan, RA MOD press speaker, informs.

“I condition this by his close ties with Azerbaijani authorities. Everybody knows it; the Armenian delegation and others have repeatedly mentioned this while he was being elected a president, we also touched upon it a lot. He discredits the Council of Europe and the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, and he doesn’t act out of values upon which the Council of Europe is anchored.”
“Another good news, during the morning fighting Armenian subdivisions have destroyed 3 new tanks,” Artsrun Hovhannisyan, RA MOD Press Speaker, wrote on his Facebook page.
The Azerbaijani side continued bombarding civilian settlements and Defense Army positions in the line of contact on the early morning of April 4. The Press Service of the Nagorno Karabakh Defense Ministry released a statement.
“Finally, good news. Armenian units have made major advancements in some sections of the frontline, liberating new positions and frontiers. Long live Armenian soldiers”, Hovhannisyan wrote.
Photos taken by photographer of Photolure agency Hakop Poghosyan show cruel scenes of Talish village of Artsakh, which was under the control of Azerbaijani army for a single day and destroyed the civilian population.
According to official Baku, 21 is equal to 12. To conceal its own losses, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry turns out to be applying the simple trick of swapping the figures and representing 21 casualties it suffered in only one battle as 12.
