We strongly support to return to the negotiation process mediated by the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs”

Health condition of one of the relatives of the killed soldier was recorded bad during the requiem, and immediate help was provided by the ambulance. Relatives, friends of Sasun Mkrtchyan, lots of officials, MPs, as well as ordinary citizens came to bid farewell to the fallen soldier.
“The Minsk Group is a mediating forum to help Azerbaijan and Armenia to negotiate with each other,” former diplomat said. According to Richard D.Kauzlarich further developments of NKR conflict zone are in the hands of Armenians and Azerbaijanis alone.
The Spokesman of the President of Nagorno Karabakh Republic David Babayan says, Stepanakert has grounds to believe that Azerbaijan has recruited mercenaries from the Turkish “Grey Wolves” organization and “Islamic State” terrorist organization.
