“It is no wonder that there is so much aggression in the air when diplomacy is seen to have achieved so little. A vacuum has been created which will be filled either by negotiations or by threats and potential military action. Another problem is that the other two Minsk Group co-chairs, France and the United States, have been seen to be too passive recently and that therefore the impression is created that Russia—and in particular foreign minister Sergei Lavrov—is the sole negotiator.”
The list of political parties and their alliances participating in upcoming parliamentary elections have already been submitted. Armenia has entered the pre-election stage. What will the new Parliament be like? Which powers have more potential to appear in the National Assembly?

“Unfortunately, years later NK issue is more probable to be settled militarily. Both the Armenian and Azerbaijani sides participated in negotiations, in fact, not being ready for the promised concessions. It’s another issue why the sides agreed on this negotiation format.”

There is another circumstance regarding breaking of vendor-importer connection; when “Carrefour” came to Armenia, we were very delighted and enthusiastic, and the latter is such a firm, it imports and sells its own production. This policy shouldn’t move it out. It’s accepted in the whole world and is an essential factor for price reduction that non-advertised commodities are bought and sold under their brand, or you may attach your brand, raise the price if the advertisement is good. These are trade tricks.
