There is another circumstance regarding breaking of vendor-importer connection; when “Carrefour” came to Armenia, we were very delighted and enthusiastic, and the latter is such a firm, it imports and sells its own production. This policy shouldn’t move it out. It’s accepted in the whole world and is an essential factor for price reduction that non-advertised commodities are bought and sold under their brand, or you may attach your brand, raise the price if the advertisement is good. These are trade tricks.
We are bearers of oldest and precise history, for centuries we had our investment in the development of world civilization. The duduk is another chance to leave our signature in the history of humanity, which perfectly contributes to attaching attention of tourists of various countries towards our country and culture.
Our city much lacks free works, they should be free, full of life and warmth. Recently I noticed that grave-like works appear in our city. If you place them in cemeteries, they won’t vary from tombstones.
“Ancestors of my mother are from Nagorno-Karabakh, from where my great-grandparents were forced to leave for Central Asia. My grandfather was 5 then, their family was evicted. He did silkworm breeding in Kyrgyzstan. One of my uncles tried to make our family-tree to understand who’s on its roots. It turned out, that mother’s side of my great-grandmother is the relative of my favorite composer—Aram Khachatryan. A crucial meeting in my teenage years was acquaintance with Genady Astsaturyan, Armenian composer and arranger living in Crimea. He taught me to jazz, listening to hard music, and did arrangement for me. I was a member of the Astsaturyans, and was visiting Armenian parties..”
Unfortunately, here, in Armenia, it’s impossible to have full halls through this art type. Besides, it’s been scientifically proven that human brain isn’t able to get information for 40 minutes uniterrupted, as it’s a big load for the brain. Conditioned by this and other reasons, I mainly participated in various corporative invitations. In this month I missed an important forum, the only reason for which was indifference towards the genre.
Armenia has produced Eurobonds, and this shift will leave its trail if we try to reproduce them, and we will mandatorily produce them to clear off the previous one. For instance, “Mudis” states that indicator of Armenia’s loan management is rather high, however, regarding budget deficit it’s stated that it increases our risks. And budget deficit isn’t a loan management, it’s management of our expenditures and incomes, and there are some problems here. We succeeded this year to confirm the budget a bit lower than previous year, we restrained budget appetite, but it wasn’t enough.
Also due to the reason, that Armenia has quiet borders with Iran and Georgia, these countries have no connection to radical Islamism, i.e. with Sunnis, as Iran is a Shia state against the Islamic State. There is an issue with Turkey and Azerbaijan, however, I don’t think at the moment Turkey may make use of radical Islamists against Armenia, and even Azerbaijan, as for radical Islamists Turkey and Azerbaijan are not upright and pure Muslim states, therefore, if all these enlarges in the region, Azerbaijan and Turkey will be the first to suffer, rather than Armenia.

I’m one of those unique persons among you, who has lived three eras: Stalin’s era, post-Stalin era and the recent period, which we live in. Accordingly, I’ll give a philosophic answer to this question. There was a TV program recently about who Stalin was—“great politician or great betrayer?” Can you imagine, 85% of population voted for “great politician” and this is in case, when due to him and by his wish lives of 50 million people have been destroyed. I mean, in all periods there have been both bastards and sincere people.
It’s a very sad situation, that we lose lots of people, like we’ve lost years ago. I live in Diaspora, I see they come, and it’s rather disappointing, as Armenia is drained from its people. And we want not only to maintain our country, but we also want to maintain Artsakh and demand Western Armenia, but people are drained and our dreams take just the contrary direction.
