“The next Armenia-Diaspora Forum will come as a pan-Armenian discussion of the “4 million Armenia” program and the real start of its implementation. This is what we should agree upon here and right now”, President Sargsyan said.
Serzh Sargsyan added that there can be no peace unless the leadership of Azerbaijan puts up with the existence of the principles put forward by the international community. “We are convinced that for the preservation of the international peace and prevention of conflicts it’s important to implement the human rights, including the one about the equality of people and right to self-determination, sine almost in all the cases the limitation of that right creates political crisis”, the Armenian President said.
Paylan is in Armenia to participate in the Armenia-Diaspora 6th conference.
Pavlo Klimkin said the meeting will also focus on the US assistance to implementing reforms in Ukraine.
President Sargsyan was invited to take part in the ceremony by President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov during his official visit to Armenia on August 24, 2017.

Economic experts of the Tsarukyan opposition faction of the Armenian parliament are studying the initiative of Yelk faction, another opposition faction, on withdrawing Armenia from the Eurasian Economic Union, spokeswoman of the Tsarukyan faction Iveta Tonoyan told a press briefing.
