Basically, the variety of local conflicts that sooner or later can trigger the 3rd World War are of 3 kinds. The first and foremost are the conflicts where one side is more or less right, while the opposite one is more or less wrong. Western Sahara, for example, that for 50 years unsuccessfully trying to become an independent state under the name of Democratic Republic of Western Sahara has every moral, historic and demographic right to separate from Morocco.
On May 12 the Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Armenia Arman Tatoyan met with Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjørn Jagland in Strasbourg.
According to Alexander Rar, member of Russian Valdai Discussion club, Germany intends to use its presidency in OSCE to make European Neighborhood safer, by strengthening OSCE tools. Rar also touched upon the possibility of deploying OSCE peacekeeping mission on the conflict zones.
“Don’t buy into false information and fictitious events. Keep clean the parliamentary agendas and don’t let the Azerbaijani propaganda penetrate there. If you are looking for those responsible for the Khojaly events, look for them in Azerbaijan.”
In her words, such meeting may contribute to stabilization of the situation on the conflict zone, create necessary conditions for comprehensive settlement of the conflict.
The war revealed inevitability of another war for the Armenian society. When will it occur?—Depends on the society, as war also revealed that the society in Armenia is the only subject, responsible for all other subjects, first and foremost, under the absence of the state.

“Lots of legislative acts on regulation of the tax field have been circulated since Armenia’s independence, both in form of decisions by the Government and initiatives. As a result, sometimes, considerable differences between these legal acts emerge, making problems for economic entities.”
