The Armenian Genocide Centennial State Committee unanimously adopted a resolution on September 26 in Yerevan to form a Pan-Armenian Council. Also present were representatives of Armenian Genocide Centennial Committees (AGCC) from 40 countries, with the exception of the AGCC’s of the Eastern and Western United States.
Indeed, on September 22, Rapporteur of PACE Robert Walter sent a letter to the NKR authorities asking to assist in visiting Artsakh. In response we communicated to Mr. Walter the position of the NKR on the issue.

Surveillance video cameras at the Consulate recorded a car stopping next to the Consulate building around 3 am. A passenger got out of the car and threw a bottle filled with flammable liquid after lighting it. The tossed object left burn marks on a small section of the outside wall of the building and scorched the branches of a nearby tree.
There has been a serious lack of coordination in dealing with critical global issues. Armenians around the world have repeatedly come under attack with Armenia or the Diaspora hardly lifting a finger.
In order to accommodate the high demand for travel to the United States by Armenians this summer, the U.S. Embassy in Yerevan will be open on Saturday, August 15 to provide additional visa interviews and processing for Armenian citizens.
Russia perceived sharp after-effect of geopolitical transitions very late, especially when post-Soviet countries started active negotiations with the EU, as well as with the USA.
Technical problems with our overseas passport and visa systems have resulted in the unfortunate cancellation of some U.S. visa interview appointments and the delay of many potential visa appointments. However, the U.S. Embassy in Yerevan remains committed to facilitating legitimate travel. We have therefore decided to open on Saturday, June 27, 2015 on an exceptional basis to conduct visa interviews.
Turkey has recalled its Ambassador to Brazil following the Brazilian Senate’s decision to recognize the Armenian Genocide. Motion 550 was discussed and unanimously adopted by the Brazilian Senate on June 2nd, 2015.
