The Azerbaijani military is again firing at Stepanakert City and other civilian settlements of Artsakh, the Armenian Defense Ministry spokesperson Artsrun Hovhannisyan said.
During the night the Azerbaijanis attempted to advance and consolidate positions in the South-Eastern section (east of Jebrayil) of the conflict zone but the Azerbaijani units were halted by accurate artillery fire by Armenian Forces.

Within the framework of the fact-finding mission, launched by the Office of the Human Rights Ombudsman of the Republic of Artsakh, a thorough research and analysis of the cases of criminal encroachments, committed by the Azerbaijani armed forces against the civilian population of Artsakh, for the 27.09.2020-04.10.2020 time period, have been conducted.
