The Spokesman of the President of Nagorno Karabakh Republic David Babayan says, Stepanakert has grounds to believe that Azerbaijan has recruited mercenaries from the Turkish “Grey Wolves” organization and “Islamic State” terrorist organization.
Turkish Prime Minister Ahmed Davutoglu had a telephone conversation with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg. This was announced by Turkish “Taraf” newspaper.
“I urge to abide to the ceasefire. Negotiations are the only way to settlement and peace, not force”, Margot Wallstrom stated.
“Fortunately, our colleges were not injured by the shelling. They told that there is no panic in Martakert. The locals are confident and are waiting for an order to support the Defense Army”, she said.
Bako Sahakyan highly appreciated the willingness of the “Yerkrapah” Volunteer Union to defend the homeland, and considered it an exemplary display of patriotism.
“Canada firmly believes that there is no alternative to a peaceful, negotiated solution to this conflict,” Minister Dion said in a statement.
“Finally, good news. Armenian units have made major advancements in some sections of the frontline, liberating new positions and frontiers. Long live Armenian soldiers”, Hovhannisyan wrote.

“I have a following statement to make: all out the conflict is clearly not in interest of either Armenia or Azerbaijan, but what happened a couple of days ago strongly resembles a trademark Russian provocation, this time directed against Azerbaijan and Turkey, which is harming Armenia as well. The Nagorno Karabakh Defense Army is ready to discuss the cease-fire proposal in the context of the recovery of the initial positions.
