Turkish-Armenian lawmaker from the Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) Garo Paylan has congratulated caretaker Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, leader of the ruling My Step Alliance, on winning a landslide victory in the Armenian parliamentary election.
