Aurora Humanitarian Initiative opened the photo exhibition “Capturing Humanity” at Dalan Art Gallery in Yerevan on May 16, where a selection of the photos submitted for the Aurora Photo Exhibition are displayed. At the opening of the exhibition, the Initiative announced the winners of the Aurora Photo and Short Film Competitions.

Criminal proceedings were launched on obstruction of a reporter and vote buying. The special investigative service is probing the case.

The military investigative committee launched an investigation and revealed that the serviceman has been gunned down intentionally by a 20 year old serviceman of the same base. The shooter has been charged and remanded in custody.
All reports have been sent to the police, regional departments of the investigative committee and the special investigative service for verification. Law enforcement bodies are investigating all reports.
