President of Artsakh Republic (NKR) Bako Sahakyan issued a decree on November 3 appointing Victor Kocharyan deputy secretary of the NKR Security Council releasing him from the post of the NKR Security Council secretary.

Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan on November 2 received President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Belgium Christine Defraigne who is in an official visit to Armenia, press service of the Government informed.
