“By refusing to enter Artsakh, those prominent international structures in fact support the stance of one of the conicting sides rather than maintain neutrality. We will try to change this situation. The situation of today, consciously or not, is a support to the Azerbaijani stance,” Ruben Melikyan said.
“We consider this a very large number. We regularly raise our voice that Azerbaijan constantly violates the ceasefire regime. Our task is to present the situation in a language understandable for the international community, to report on the violations which, in fact, we do,” he said.
