The Ministry of Defense of Artsakh reported an additional 81 KIA soldiers, bringing the total death toll to 1302.
The Armenian Prime Minister’s Office has published the official text of the statement signed by Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on ending the war in Nagorno Karabakh.

Armenia’s Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces have addressed a message over the stop of military operations in the Republic of Artsakh.
Prime MInister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan wrote on his Facebook page that he signed a declaration with the Russian and Azerbaijani Presidents on stopping the war at 01:00.
The situation in Artsakh remains the same, the fighting continues in different directions,- said Davit Babayan, Advisor on Foreign Relations to the President of the Artsakh Republic, in an interview with 168.am.
Russia makes all possible efforts for the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict through political-diplomatic means, Russian presidential spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said.
