The Ministry of Defense of Armenia has announced that starting from 05:00, November 10 the Armed Forces of Armenia, jointly with the Armed Forces of Russia, are carrying out their part of implementation of the provisions of the trilateral agreement reached between the Armenian Prime Minister and the presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan on stopping the Karabakh war.
President of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan is expected to address the nation within the next hour.
President Armen Sarkissian says he is launching “political consultations with the purpose of agreeing solutions stemming from our agenda of the protection of pan-national interests in the shortest timeframes.”
