In fact, international financial organizations, even if oblige adoption of such a Code, they do it not for the purpose of dissolving Armenia’s economy, but for the purpose, that for years Armenia’s authorities involved immense loans, and didn’t waste but dilapidated those loans and made the country face the issue of solvency.
“In principal, if president Putin, like president Medvedev used to be, were committed to creating a breakthrough and hoping to finalize the basic principles of the settlement, that would be great. “Isn’t it surprising, that representatives of both opposition and political majority similarly criticize the Tax Code. A question arises here: is this the Tax Code of political majority? Is this the philosophy of Hovik Abrahamyan regarding Armenia’s economy?”

The deputy chairman assured that overwhelming majority of offers by the public sector was approved. Overdue loans of Armenia’s banking system continued to grow in April 2016 and reached a risky index—AMD 46 billion 379 million.
