Vahe Hovhannisyan, PAP MP, regarded among the first ones to get invitation for membership in Oskanian’s party, hasn’t got the invitation yet. According to him Vartan Oskanian has all the rights to establish his own political party in Armenia. “By founding a political party, considerable changes will be recorded in Armenia’s political field, second, third and fourth places will be clarified, and cards of everyone, slightly said, will be mingled,” he anticipated.
Azimov also mentioned, “Application of complete format of Minsk group may become a means for extra pressure against Armenia by international community. I consider activity and role of, for instance, Germany, Sweden and Turkey in Minsk group more productive.” Azerbaijani diplomat reminded that last time Minsk group held plenary sessions in the period of 1995-96, after which whole negotiation process was limited within the United States, Russia and France.

For that purpose works are being implemented with the World Bank experts for Armenia’s engagement with the initiative of extractive industry negotiations. He also stated that disposition of the Government regarding the issue is quite consistent and every possible effort will be exerted to reach the purpose, “Holding of a forum is crucial and I hope, it’ll become an interested and useful platform for discussions.”
Makar Arakelyan, Head of Armenian Transport Workers and Freight Forwarders Association, in an interview with 168.am stated that big investments are necessary for widening the road, it’s a technically complicated and dangerous work, blasting should be implemented. Justification of investments, according to him, is linked to the volume of transferred freight, “I think, they should feel that Armenia has that much volume of transfers. Due to winter roads are frequently closed, and in spring export is being activated and volume will increase.”
“It may have an advantage regarding substructures, but if we thought that way, they might have transferred cargo through the Caspian Sea to Russia, moreover marine transfers are much more profitable, than railway ones and etc.,” V.Ayvazyan said.
