“Judging from everything, reduction in price in the territory of Armenia will be recorded. Generally prices for gas are formulated in an interesting way, as compared to prices for oil, stocks. Gas stocks don’t exist, they are formed locally, there is no global price for gas, and currently it’s intended to initiate a gas stock in St. Petersburg, it fails, although it’s also local. Prices for gas change quickly, including out of political perceptions, i.e. judging from this factor, prices may be “tricked,” but not for a long period. I consider, it’ll be announced during the forthcoming visit. “
It’s much more important to find out for which programs loans have been engaged, who decided priority of those programs and how involved means have been expended. Just from this very standpoint, it’s not surprising that one of the country’s political organizations proposes to launch public discussions on establishing a commission for implementation of independent audit.

Touching upon cooperation with Armenia, A.Kinakh stated that issues of utmost importance are being discussed: how to improve bilateral cooperation, trade turnover, investments under global processes, from serious competition in international market, up to socio-political developments both in Europe and Asia.
Prices for medicament in the period of 2014-2015 have essentially fallen, however, in procurement of the Ministry cases are observed when they are purchased by considerably higher price that the import price. For instance, 4677 tablets of Desmopressin Acetate 0.1mg/5ml have been purchased by the Ministry in 2014, each tablet costing AMD 5789, with the total amount of AMD 27 million 75.2, in case, when it has been imported to Armenia by AMD 2720, or twice cheaper than the price purchased by the Ministry.
Moreover, in Vache Gabrielyan’s assessment, the situation might have been worse, if Armenia refused to engage with EEU.
On the whole, in his words, agreement of the parties will be a big positive signal, as Nagorno-Karabakh conflict remains one of the most militarized and hazardous ones of the post-Soviet space, conflicting parties of which continue investing means for defence strengthening and weaponry purchasing.
