“We observe extra-Syrian powers, which have their own interests and attempt to bring their interests and goals into life. Those contrasts have so deepened, actors are so different, their interests are so diverse that I’m not optimistic regarding the results at this stage. Just the contrary, contrasts more deepen with time.”
The expanded meeting specifically discussed the proposal of the Armenian side to set up an Armenian-Russian investment fund with a view to funding Armenia’s priority economic sectors.
“Dmitriy Anatolevich, taking the opportunity, I would like to invite you to pay an official visit to Yerevan, since I believe the vectors you mentioned and what we did not manage to mention at this press conference have great future. I am convinced everything will be fine. Thank you,” the Armenian Premier said.

There were no other candidates running for the President’s post. After being reelected Agramunt thanked the parliamentarians for the trust and cooperation.
This year, representatives of delegations from France, Germany, Italy, England, Spain, Moldova, Ukraine, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Andorra, Cyprus and Estonia have been elected to the posts of PACE Vice President.
From the positions of the NKR Defense Army, the monitoring will be conducted by Field Assistants to the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Irji Aberle (Czech Republic) and Ghenadie Petrica (Moldova).
