Russian minister of foreign affairs Sergey Lavrov, who will be in Yerevan on an official visit November 20-21, will discuss prospects of settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict with Armenia’s minister of foreign affairs Edward Nalbandian, Russian FM spokesperson Maria Zakharova said during a press briefing.
President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan held a meeting today with the delegation of Artsakh’s parliament led by Speaker Ashot Ghulyan. The delegation arrived in Armenia to participate in the 12th session of the inter-parliamentary committee of cooperation between the Armenian and Artsakhi parliaments.

Defense Army serviceman Hrant Mangasaryan, 1997, received fatal injury at the regiment deployed in the north-eastern direction of the contact line on November 4 at about 12:10 as a result of an anti-tank grenade explosion, two others received shrapnel injuries of different severity.
