“I hope I will manage to clearly present Artsakh and its situation to our Diaspora Armenians, artists, with whom I communicate. I will call on them to visit Artsakh and spend time to get acquainted with this wonderful country.”
“I would really like to visit Artsakh again someday and perform and bring other artists with me if am able to. Now, the most important is to talk about Artsakh and present it to different people in different places. Everyne must know that Artsakh is a very beautiful country and the people here wait for everyone with love and smiles. I hope my solo concert in Artsakh wont’ be delayed,” he said.
On April 4 and overnight April 5 the Azerbaijani side violated the ceasefire regime 40 times by firing more than 900 shots from various caliber small arms at the Armenian positions in the Artsakh-Azerbaijan line of contact.
“Azerbaijan’s onslaught against de facto Nagorno Karabakh Republic took place on April 2, becoming the largest in-scale attack since the ceasefire of 1994, causing unprecedented casualties for both sides during 4 days. The territory of the Republic of Armenia was also subjected to attacks for a short period,” the report reads.
As the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President reports, various issues regarding the life in Artsakh, the state-building process, regional trends and the Motherland-Diaspora ties were touched upon during the meeting.
From the positions of the Artsakh Defense Army, the monitoring will be conducted by Field Assistants to the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Michael Olaru (Moldova) and Ghenadie Petrica (Moldova), as well as staff-member of the OSCE High-Level Planning Group Lieutenant-Colonel Patrick Farrelli (Ireland).
“On April 3 and overnight April 4 Azerbaijani forces violated the ceasefire regime 60 times, firing more than 900 shots at Artsakh positions from various caliber firearms, including sniper rifles. The Defense Army continued their service confidently and took countermeasures in case of necessity,” the Ministry said in a statement.

The Azerbaijani forces violated the ceasere refigime 16 times by firing more than 150 shots from various caliber small arms at the Armenian positions in the Artsakh-Azerbaijan line of contact.
“Lavrov also stated on Azerbaijan’s possible membership to EEU in his interview. It’s known that some Azerbaijani circles in negotiations with Moscow attempt to circulate this issue to gain Russian support in NK conflict settlement.”
