“What was agreed in Vienna, is of crucial importance, without it it’s impossible to touch upon any progress in negotiations,” Shavarsh Kocharyan, RA Deputy Foreign Minister, told reporters today at the National Assembly, touching upon Ilham Aliyev-Serzh Sargsyan meeting to be held in Russia on June 20.
He stated that, the team which gathered and initiated this political party, in his deep conviction, has both necessary intellect and decency. To the question whether he’s not concerned, that Robert Kocharyan was standing behind the party, K.Andreasyan stated that Vartan Oskanian had already reflected to that question.
“If we observe its structure, USD 130 million of that amount belongs to export from Armenia. Mainly industrial production is being exported. We have positive developments regarding some countries, in particular, Iraq and China. We have 30-40% growth to these countries, which is quite positive, and this agreement is directed to regulation of relations from the standpoint of investments,” he said.
Under these conditions countries which appeared under the influence of Russia, including Armenia, have two options: they may either continue to indifferently and passively wait for Russia’s destiny, or initiate something not to appear under the ruins of Russia. What is Armenia going to do?
Those items included three briefcases, two decorative plates, paperweights, multiple sets of teacups, a DVD box set about the president of Azerbaijan, earrings, a map of Azerbaijan, a scarf, leather notebooks and two bottles of cologne.
Military trainings will be launched in the bordering units, Nakhchivan and Azerbaijani part of the Caspian Sea. Artsrun Hovhannisyan said there is no need to worry. “We will thoroughly touch upon it. We follow all the steps by Azerbaijan. I don’t see any reason to worry,” he said.
“I am impatiently waiting for this meeting. We hope the sides will sum up the OSCE agreement on implementing investigative mechanisms and will restore talks for comprehensive peace agreement,” he said.
“As you know, we released a publication, that RF Foreign Minister is having meetings with Ambassadors on NK conflict and the possibility of organizing a meeting, in particular, with the Ambassadors of the states, who are the Co-chairs, thus, we provide information to the society on those meetings, i.e. besides the fact, that we share information with our foreign partners frequently, in a multi-format, and we inform the society to the extent, which is possible and necessary.”
“I ask you to pray for me, who in a few days will go as a pilgrim to an eastern land, Armenia, the first among the Nations to receive the Gospel of Jesus,” he said at an audience for the Reunion of Aid Agencies For the Eastern Churches.
“If aggression is recorded against Armenia or Russia, then it doesn’t function. For instance, Russia declares war to Ukraine, in this case we don’t implement operations there, as it’s not aggression against Russia. If we also launch war, then we don’t have any limitations upon this document. If it’s an aggression from Azerbaijan, then united system is functioning. It doesn’t function in Karabakh, however, we can move our military means to Karabakh, which we’ll do.”
