Change of situation in Syria is exclusively conditioned by political agreement, there is no other way. Truly enough, military progress was a means for Syria to have more effectual position around negotiation table, everybody shares the idea, that settlement of Syrian conflict is exclusively a political one.
According to A.Arzumanyan, new system presupposes that political parties may actively perform, and Vartan Oskanian has experience in the field, “As for uncovering of March 1, however, I suppose he shouldn’t have founded a political party for that, but testified to investigative service, by telling everything he knew. In this case the crime would have been easily revealed.”
Vahe Hovhannisyan, PAP MP, regarded among the first ones to get invitation for membership in Oskanian’s party, hasn’t got the invitation yet. According to him Vartan Oskanian has all the rights to establish his own political party in Armenia. “By founding a political party, considerable changes will be recorded in Armenia’s political field, second, third and fourth places will be clarified, and cards of everyone, slightly said, will be mingled,” he anticipated.
Azimov also mentioned, “Application of complete format of Minsk group may become a means for extra pressure against Armenia by international community. I consider activity and role of, for instance, Germany, Sweden and Turkey in Minsk group more productive.” Azerbaijani diplomat reminded that last time Minsk group held plenary sessions in the period of 1995-96, after which whole negotiation process was limited within the United States, Russia and France.
An observer from Nagorno Karabakh was present at Germany’s regional parliamentary elections. Representative of the ruling “Free Motherland” party Vahram Poghosyan informed that the observation invitation was directly to Artsakh.

MP Vardan Oskanian does not rule out that his colleague MPs will join the party he intends to create. Vardan Oskanian told about this at the National Assembly in an interview with journalists, but he mentioned no names. “I do not wish to mention names who may join that party for now, but I do not rule out that my colleague MPs may join. Even the name of the party is not known yet, but I promise you will soon learn about it”, Oskanian saying.
