“From formal standpoint this corresponds to the reality, as the meeting launched in Russia’s northern capital, in fact, confirmed resolutions of Vienna summit, which, according to Nalbandian, “Will provide corresponding conditions on resumption of negotiations of issue settlement.” Thus, agreements reached in Vienna and St. Petersburg, which seemingly should be enshrined upon a special agreement, bears technical, temporary nature, which will allow making a shift to more concrete negotiations of settlement.
The details of the investigative mechanism, such as the specific tasks investigators will assume and under what circumstances they will be deployed to the Line of Contact and Armenia-Azerbaijan border, are under discussion by the sides. The OSCE will be the organization in charge of implementing the mechanism, and the Co-Chairs, in their capacity as OSCE mediators, will continue to work with the sides on refining the proposal.
“I’m sure that Novruz Mammadov is lying, and Edward Nalbandian is right for the reason that I like Nalbandian, and I must say that I exclusively don’t like, when he says the truth. That expression, lie by Novruz Mammadov pursues the purpose to conceal Baku’s diplomatic failure from the Azerbaijani community. That’s all. Other processes will continue in France.”
“Right after the 1915 Turkey initiated cultural Genocide, which continues until now. Genocide against the Armenian culture in Turkey pursues the purpose to abolish cultural heritage of Armenians as well. Just a few months ago Turkish press warned that dilapidated Armenian protestant church in historical Kharberd city under Turkey’s current territory is being used by the Turks as barns and for parking, instead of rehabilitating it they’re going to build a hotel on its place.”

“Alan Meale, representative of Great Britain, thoroughly introduced the situation in Armenia during his visit, which coincided with the period of military escalation initiated by Azerbaijan, saying, we understand, that peaceful civilians have been killed and it was filmed, they beheaded killed Armenian soldiers and boasted with such atrocities.”
“That official, Novruz Mammadov, has never participated in any negotiations. The St. Petersburg summit was not an exception. At the last meeting, he only participated in the working dinner during which only the issues related to the installation of investigation mechanisms of incidents and the increase of the scope of responsibilities of team of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office were discussed.”
“As the Pope had representatives in almost all the countries of the world, yet in the end of 19th century their reports on the condition of Christians have been gathered in the archive, including Armenian Christians. Pietro Kuchukyan, RA Honored Consul in Milano, supports the process of making the copies accessible to the Armenian side,” Amatuni Virabyan said.
“This is just a rumor. Israelis have never instructed Azerbaijani soldiers, except for how to use the arms supplied to Azerbaijan under existing contracts. But this was done by experts from supplier companies.”
