The field of state finance management is led by three factors: economizing, productivity and purposefulness. Vardan Aramyan, Minister of Finance of Armenia, told reporters after the Cabinet meeting. In his words these principles productively function in Armenia.
“I think we launch an important process. We held similar discussions in the Agriculture Ministry over drip irrigation, agricultural machinery leasing service. If a company in the light industry field receives a loan, we are ready to subsidize the bank interest rates for two years,” PM Karapetyan said.
The Central Electoral Commission of Armenia released the list of candidates who will assume Member of Parliament mandates as result of the April 2 parliamentary elections.
“We had rather productive and dynamic negotiations with our partners, where we have certain issues, which need bilateral clarification. He believes the Armenian side should be ready to such developments. However, according to Aktar the situation from Azerbaijan’s perspective isn’t favorable for wide-scale military operations. “All incidents will be small-scale, not growing into dangerous clashes,” the expert said.
“Currently, when Turkey and Azerbaijan are intractable states regarding international responsibilities, they don’t hide, current occurrences are a glove to regional security, also to NATO, if such threat becomes a reality, of course, NATO will come across with no less complicated issues.”
Turkey-Azerbaijan joint military exercises on the contact line won’t have any radical impact. David Babayan, Davit Babayan, spokesman of the President of the Republic of Artsakh, told 168.am, stressing that Armenian Armed Forces are brought to highest readiness and the Armenian side may suspend any threat.
Personally I was disappointed, when I learned that any crime wasn’t uncovered by the case on use of administrative resource over the teacher staff and parents seemingly exerted pressure by school directors and the staff, although recordings themselves seemed to be convincing cases.
According to the European analyst if the Russian side pursues the policy of balancing, why after the April War it attempted to restore the gap, touched upon by experts, providing “Iskander” missile systems and bringing in new initiatives.
“As for Vienna and St. Petersburg agreements, Azerbaijan is ready to accept them like Armenia. Both capitals are ready to accept a range of agreements developed throughout recent years. The point is that those agreements can’t be mostly materialized. For this very reason war is at the door not withdrawing for a centimeter.”
