Azerbaijani forces fired more than 1100 rounds at NKR positions from various caliber machine guns and artillery weapons. In the south-eastern direction (Martuni), in addition to firing D- 44 cannons, Azerbaijani forces also fired TR 107 rocket-artillery systems (5 rockets). Yesterday, Azerbaijan had used a SPIKE anti-tike missile in the same direction.

To be very honest, we are in completely uncharted waters. The Eurasian Economic Union is still evolving, and rules and regulations are changing all the time. I have not seen the text of the new agreement, but I am assured that it does not contradict Armenia’s current obligations under the EEU.
The Defense Army suffered no casualties from the use of the remote control anti-tank by Azerbaijan. Note that today apart from using UAVs, the Azerbaijani side continued to violate the ceasere regime by ring from different-caliber rearms, including automatic grenade launcher (AGS 17 – 10 grenades) and 60 mm mortars (2 projectiles).

“Central topic of today’s meeting is Armenia-EU new framework agreement. I can state with content today that the sides have finalized the negotiations. The new legal document—the comprehensive and extensive partnership agreement expresses real inclusion and depth of Armenia-EU relations.
“The sides attempt to increase soberness, they also use new measures regarding equipment and strategy, and this edifies if not wide-scale, then possibility of April escalation is rather high. Against its background we see that the international community is rather passive: yesterday OSCE MG issued another statement, which unfortunately, was about the same style, like after the developments on the frontline at the begging of the year.”
