According to initial reports, at 16:20, January 26, Cadet Sargis Apinyan, a conscript, drastically fell ill in the drill-grounds of the military base. At 17:35 Apinyan was pronounced dead after the medical personnel’s attempts to save him.

“This issue has always been under his control, throughout these years Armenia-Turkey relations have been influenced by the policy pursued by Erdogan, thus, I consider results of the forthcoming elections won’t influence on Armenia-Turkey relations.”
