The Defense Ministry of Nagorno Karabakh has released images of a damaged vehicle of the ministry, which came under fire when Azerbaijani forces fired AGS-17 type grenade launchers overnight October 6-7 in the northern direction of the line of contact.
The Defense Ministry of Nagorno Karabakh informed that the Defense Army soldier was wounded by the Azerbaijani shooting in one of the military units located in the southern direction of the NKR Defense Army.
The next signal of not waiting for speedy changes was given through budget draft 2017. It was stated that a rather tough budget will be available, expenditures will be considerably reduced.
“New means should be applied to influence over the presidents, otherwise waiting means a threat for resumption of military operations,” Stanislav Tarasov clarified.
“They learned the lesson, that the state of affairs on the negotiation table and the situation on Karabakh-Azerbaijan contact line requires particular attention, high soberness, as different intriguing, adventurous programs may continue formulating, thus, surely, high soberness is necessary not to allow outbreak of incidents on the contact line, moreover, outbreak of military operations and their generation.”
“We certainly have to remain competitive and consistently raise the productivity of our economy. In my opinion, and the world experience proves it, that it is possible to manage better, more productively even modest resources and reach considerably better results. I believe our society has the same expectations.”
In the declarations of these two Ministers there is one noteworthy circumstance, both have “inclined” to US dollar in the period of last year.
“On my Grandmother Mariam’s side, the story is well documented. Eghisapet Soultanian,(the woman holding the gun) is my Great- Grandmother. She was an Armenian Freedom fighter who put the duties to her country before her duties as a mother.”
The newly appointed Minister stated if the Government didn’t initiate means, then the result would have been negative. He noted that in the period of 2014-15-16 Armenia’s debt has grown by USD 900 million, i.e. just as much as transfers have been reduced.
“I would like to thank Vigen Sarkissian for the works conducted at his already former position and would like to add sincerely that the managerial abilities of Vigen Sarkissian at this position were revealed at their best, and nobody will deny that the manifestation of the best abilities was made possible through your direct participation and assistance,” said President Sargsyan.
