I repeat once again: there will be no unilateral concessions in the resolution of the NK issue. Never. Nagorno Karabakh will never be part of Azerbaijan.”
The Defense Ministry of Nagorno Karabakh as result of ceasefire violations by Azerbaijan, at 23:25 on July 29, 20 year old soldier Hrach V. Gevorgyan was wounded in one of the eastern military positions of the Defense Army of Nagorno Karabakh.

NKR Defense Army soldier Arsen Arakelyan received fatal gunshot injury at 10:55, July 23 in the position of a regiment located in the south-eastern direction. Investigation is underway to find the details.
Speaking about Russia’s role in solving the conflict, Bryza said President Putin is really concerned that the April crisis was very serious and poses a great threat to the outbreak of a war, which is unfavorable for Russia.
