“We do everything possible, to prove Armenia’s authorities and the society, that’s it’s possible, and in this regard there are no discordances. Hopefully, Armenia-EU relations will obtain a new process, and the signals, coming from the society and the officials will be taken into consideration,” the Ambassador said. In his words, the EU observes that the society strives to be closer to the EU.
“In fact, the issue is not in the number of observers, in case of activity of any side the mediators know who the initiator is and what they can do. In this case the observers can only record violations, which side is the violator and this will be restricted within that process.”
Many were totally against the idea of having country’s brand and logo, saying the country is not a private organization, the country is introduced to the world with one logo—coat of arms. Others consider that logo is necessary, however, not in this form. Facebook users simply distorted the slogan and the logo, from choice of colors and font, to “the sun, resembling a shrimp,” until “the story is just beginning” slogan, which is not definitely accepted.
“Basically, serious changes won’t be recorded after Warsaw, new security environment isn’t being established, however, contrasts aren’t being eliminated as well, like Jens Stoltenberg, NATO Secretary General, stated yesterday after Russia-NATO Council session. Discordances between NATO and Russia continue, and as I have already mentioned, their grounds are not so clear to me,” Lukyanov said.
“I think, it’s excessive optimism from their side, as Russia won’t be allowed to enter into trade relations, and in fact, not to recognize Karabakh’s independence, deploying here Russian troops with the price of resuming new war,” Aghasi Yenokyan noted. In his conviction the West won’t allow it to Russia and Azerbaijan, and the forthcoming visit of U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry to Moscow will cover that issue.

“We can confront, we can compete, withstand and win. We sometimes underestimate our possibilities. We have the same opinion about ourselves as our adversaries. Our compatriots choose an easy way and say bad things. We can have a military-industrial complex, we can produce competitive armaments: for this we need to have authorities with a political will.”
“It is scheduled that in the 2nd year of the project the exports will amount approximately 5 million dollars, and in the 5th year –around 12 million. During the first year it is planned to manufacture and export up to 1000 devices, and increase the quantity up to 5500. The main export direction is Russia,” Artsvik Minasyan said.
“Azerbaijan didn’t review its revanchist and fascist approaches in any way, it’s their issue. If such a statement is made, we should somehow thank them for being frank from this perspective, they always state their purpose is annexation of Artsakh, destroying Artsakh, they don’t hide their approach. It’s strange, on the one hand we have such a neighbor, rather treacherous, and on the other hand, it frankly states on its intentions.”
“Yes, CSTO is a military-political alliance, the goal of which is to ensure security of the member states. As the founding member, Armenia has always been convinced that CSTO intends to cooperate with NATO. We have not reached any tangible success in this issue yet, possibly because NATO is considered a more organized and acceptable structure. However, we do not observe our interests in the context of contradictions. We always wanted that interests of the USA and Russia coincided, and they had no conflicts.”
