“Today the meeting of the president of Artsakh and Steinmeier was held in Yerevan and different issues have been discussed towards NK conflict settlement. Surely, main stress was on developing of mechanisms, maintenance of peace. Time will show whether it’ll succeed or not, however, there is no any other variant—conflict settlement process should centralize on development and installation of these very mechanisms. It’ll be impossible to settle the conflict without it. “
This curious story of tomatoes, in fact, is not the concern of the Ministry of Agriculture, but is a deeper systemic issue. If people in Armenia consider quite realistic that a few thousand of tons of tomatoes may be imported from Turkey to Armenia, this speaks of zero-level trust towards the customs system.

He uncovered purpose of his regional visit—to Yerevan, then to Baku and Tbilisi. According to him, OSCE primary issues, NK conflict settlement process are put forward. In the focus of Yerevan dialogue were those topics, and they’ll cover NK issue with RA president, as a primary issue.
Firstly, E.Nalbandian stated that after each negotiation the Azerbaijani side makes statements contradicting the topic of negotiations in Baku. He qualified it as false versions, at the same time hinting that it was expected from the Azerbaijani side.
“We need to find security possibilities for NK conflict,” Frank-Walter Steinmeier, OSCE Chairperson-in-Office and German Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs, told at today’s joint press conference with Edward Nalbandian, RA Foreign Minister, touching upon his message with which he’ll head for Baku.
“Only stability with economic improvement, free market relations, rule of law, democratic criteria may move forward countries, like Armenia and Azerbaijan, to conflict settlement. For peace all these conditions may become a reality in European and Euro Atlantic organizations in case of further rapprochement of the region,” he said.
“NATO doesn’t plan to attack or violate Armenia’s air space, thus this joint mechanism can’t be observed as a means against NATO, meanwhile the sides—Armenia and Russia didn’t state on it,” Batu Kutelia noticed.
According to the data of Eurasian Economic Commission in the period of January-April 2016 about 2.7 million liters of strong alcoholic drinks have been exported to EEU member countries with total USD 29.6 million customs value. As compared to the same index of previous year, export of this group of production grew by 2.4 times in kind and 2.3 times in value.
